To develop and design a corporate publication piece that reflects the company's nature and promotes the brand of the client using my knowledge of branding, format, layout, typography, design elements, imagery, and conceptual thinking.
Taking inspiration from Swedish history and tradition, I chose to design three IKEA brochures, each assigned to a different room of the home. The layout of the brochure reflect the structure and dimensions of the Swedish flag, which is seen in the proportion and graphic elements throughout the design. The clean, white space of the pages align with the look and feel of the brand, creating unity. The use of typography is simple yet bold, allowing the viewer to focus on the vibrant imagery and color.
